- Usage Data: information about how you interact with our dashboard, specifically which leads you view or export, to help us optimize the quality of leads we provide to you.

Unlike the data you provide to us directly for your subscription, we also aggregate data from public government sources to provide our services.
- Source of Data: we collect "Lead Data" (such as property owner names, project addresses, and permit types) directly from publicly available government records, specifically county, city and municipal building permit databases (e.g., Travis, Mecklenburg and Davidson County records).
- Nature of Data: this information is a matter of public record. We do not generate this data ourselves, nor do we access private or non-public databases to obtain it.
- Purpose: this data is collected solely for the purpose of organizing and presenting it to our business subscribers for B2B lead generation.
